Carmen Santiago has been with the smart brand since 2008. She began as a sales assistant, and was promoted to Brand Manager in 2010. She is Star Certified with Mercedes-Benz and is knowledgable in both smart and Mercedes products. Carmen is currently pursuing her ASN. In her freetime, she enjoys going to church and  spending time with her husband and her 1-year old boy.

Alex Shelver has been a Brand Specialist with smart since the smart first came to America. He is Master Certified with Mercedes-Benz. Alex is an expert in sales for smart and Mercedes-Benz and is a professional photographer. He is currently pursuing his MBA at UNF.
